Refund policy

At [Jd Punjabi Books store], we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition, and with proof of purchase; digital products, gift cards, and final sale items are non-returnable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, while original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with proof so we can arrange a replacement or full refund.
